Supporting those who are homeless
Cornerstone Support supports those who are homeless with care that addresses needs, challenges, and goals. We will develop a trusting and respectful relationship with those who are homeless engaging them in the process of moving to supported living accommodation. Our primary objective is to ensure we build trust by listening to their concerns, showing empathy, and offering practical support.

Providing Practical Support
Our trained and experienced staff provide practical support to help them navigate the process of moving to our supported living accommodation. This includes helping with housing benefits applications, arranging transportation, and access to necessary resources, such as food, clothing, and medical care.
Offering Emotional Support
Homeless individuals may experience a range of emotions during the process of moving to supported living accommodation. Our experienced teams provide emotional support by listening, offering encouragement, and developing coping strategies.
Providing ongoing support
We provide ongoing care and support including helping with activities of daily living, offering social and recreational activities, and helping to connect with community resources and support services.
Addressing Any Barriers
As part of our care and support, we work with individuals to identify and address any barriers to leading a successful and happy life. This may include obtaining identification, connecting with employment services, or financial assistance.
