Supporting those with mental health challenges
Cornerstone Support provides a range of services and interventions that promotes mental well-being, independence, and improves the quality of life for those with mental health challenges.
We work collaboratively with mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and counsellors to ensure service users receive the appropriate care and treatment for their condition.

Individualised care & support plans
We work with service users to develop personalised care and support plans that outlines goals, needs, and preferences. This helps to ensure support provided is tailored to the specific needs of the individual and is flexible to adapt.
Providing Emotional Support
Service users are allocated an experienced case worker to provide emotional support by listening, empathising, and offering encouragement. Working closely together, this positive relationship is built on a foundation of trust.
Offering Practical Support & Solutions
Service users may require practical support to manage their mental health, such as reminders to take medication or assistance with attending appointments. Our teams can provide transportation or be a chaperone.
