Bespoke care for independence
At Cornerstone Support, we help those with learning difficulties, autism and individuals who are homeless or facing homelessness to live independent lives and achieve their aspirations.
Our supported living and domiciliary care services are tailored to each service user, deciding together how to support each person to live a fulfilling and independent life. We involve family, carers, and friends to deliver a multidisciplinary holistic assessment and management of needs which informs our comprehensive support planning.
Our teams deliver the highest standards of care to improve the lives of service users in their homes and communities. We offer a flexible approach to support that includes skills for independent living, education or training, volunteering or employment and activities and hobbies that build the confidence needed to meet the goals of each person.
